We require a minimum of 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your cake order. We will issue you with a full credit note which can be used within the next 24 months. Due to the nature of the handmade products and seasonal florals we try our best to make the cake as close to your pick up date or delivery date as possible.
Any orders cancelled after the 72 hour cancellation period there will be no credit note issued. We would still deliver the finished product to a new/appropriate location or for pick up.
We use both internal and external couriers for all our deliveries, and occasionally situations may arise which are out of our control resulting in delays in deliveries.
Stacy Brewer Cakes delivers a maximum of 25km from Sydney CBD and is charged accordingly. Some suburbs are excluded from our deliveries based on the radius from the CBD.
We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery as all delivery drivers must follow a specific route to deliver cakes. We are unable to prioritise any delivery address under any circumstance. If you need your cake by a specific time we suggest our pick up option that is available for you.
If the recipient is unable to accept the delivery at the specified address, if it is safe to do so, the order may be left at the front door at the discretion of the driver. If there is nowhere safe to leave the cake or the driver can not access the property, the phone number for the order will be contacted. If the customer does not answer after two attempts, or the contact number is incorrect, the cake will be returned to the kitchen and a re-delivery fee will apply.
If the cake is getting delivered to a venue we must have the booking name, booking time and contact number.
Once our cakes have been delivered to you or your nominated venue, Stacy Brewer Cakes is not liable for any loss or damage caused.
Please note that we bake all types of cakes in our kitchen using gluten and nuts. We can’t guarantee that there aren’t traces of these elements within our kitchen. We are very careful when it comes to dietary requirements but if you have an allergy we must advise you to use your discretion.
Payments are securely processed by our payment partner Stripe.
All credit card payments are made via SSL and are handled by our payment gateway Stripe. We do not ever store your credit card details on our servers.
Custom orders will be invoiced accordingly.
